1. Partner-in-Life.com undertakes to provide to you (further "Client") services on the basis of this Agreement. This Agreement is intended to provide an openness and honesty of mutual relations between Partner-in-Life.com and the Client.

2. The information placed on the site:
 2.1. Partner-in-Life.com doesn't place on its pages an information in any kind which could offend anyone's feelings, namely any pornography, curses, oppression or humiliation of persons on an accessory to any sex, any race, religion etc. Partner-in-Life.com reserves the right to itself to delete any such an information and to block access to the site to persons who try to extend it.

3. Correspondence with the ladies:
 3.1. Partner-in-Life.com undertakes to deliver text messages (letters, cards) from the Client to a lady translated into language which the lady speaks in perfection (for example: Russian, Ukrainian etc.).
 3.2. Partner-in-Life.com undertakes to deliver each 10-th letter from the Client to a lady for free.
 3.3. Partner-in-Life builds its work so that the Client receive the answer from a lady in 7-day term as a maximum.
 3.4. Partner-in-Life.com undertakes to deliver text messages from a lady to the Client translated into English. At will of the Client, letters can be delivered to him not translated, namely in the language that a lady used in order to write it.

4. An exchange of the contact information:
 4.1. Partner-in-Life.com undertakes not to give the information about the Client to the third party, except as from the consent or at the desire of the Client.
 4.2. The Client, placing the information in his profile, in fields: “First name”, “Last name”, “Country”, “City Date of your birth”, “Your height”, “Your weight”, “Hair color”, “Eye color”, “Children”, “Marital status”, “What is your religion?”, “Drinking”, “Are you a smoker?”, “What is your education level?”, “Language”, “What is your job or profession?”, “What are your hobbies and interests?”, “Please tell a few words about yourself” and in all fields of subsection of a profile “Tell us about a partner you are looking for”, and also loading photos, gives the consent to placing of this information on the pages of sites: Partner-in-Life.com, Partner-in-Life.co.cc, Adm.Partner-in-Life.com. Placing of the given information is necessary for giving to ladies possibility to get to know the person of the Client, as a probable partner.
 4.3. It is forbidden for the Client to give the contact information to the ladies which questionnaires are placed on the site, specifying it in a profile in specified in point 4.2. Fields, in photos, in correspondence, in a chat or any different way, except a case described in point 4.4.
 4.4. After sending/reading of 20 paid letters to/from a lady, the Client can give the contact information to that lady and/or ask her to give her phone number, e-mail address or mailing address. Partner-in-Life.com undertakes to give the contact information of a lady by her approbation after sending/reading of 20 paid letters to/from the girl by the Client.
 4.5. Partner-in-Life.com reserves the right to itself to delete the contact information placed by the Client in the ways described in point 4.3.
